It's gone now, and there's a new poll in it's place! When I checked it this am (and voted) it was 61% beleived it was an issue! Unbelievable!

anyone who reads something other than the ny times and fox news -- eg the bbc, le monde, Pacifica, or The Nation or Mother Jones -- has known for the last year
that these SOBs were lying through their teeth. All of a sudden the "liberal" US corporate media have decided it's "an issue." so they take a poll and, waddya know,
now "the public" also "thinks" it's an issue. what a coincidence! in a country where the average citizen spends more time watching tv than all other leisure activities
combined, how could "public opinion" ever be much more than a mirror for all the pablum the corporate media have been marinating their viewers in for the last
half century?
