Thanks for the post. That's a great argument. I was speaking to a journalist at yesterday's rally who told me about 3 nuns in Colorado who were sentenced to 30 years for smearing blood on military property.

We need to fix this country.

A bit of a correction 12.Apr.2003 12:36

might as well be accurate.

James Geddes was indeed arrested for the cultivation of five marijuana plants concealed in his vegetable garden. However he was also charged with possession of drug paraphenalia and additionally, a felon in possession of a firearm. As a result he received two 75 year plus 1 day sentences.

As a result of appeals one of the 75 year sentences was reduced to 45 years and the other to 5 years. He is scheduled to be released this summer. (He might have to serve an additional year for possession of contraband while in prison.)

The nuns in Colorado were found guilty of breaking and entry, interfering with the national defense and causing property damage of more than $1,000. They will be sentenced in July of this year. They didn't get 30 years; they are ELIGIBLE for a maximum sentence of 30 years.

When I left Dodge city ks. I had eighty miles to decide if I was going to keep my appointment with my parole officer in Liberal ks. I knew I would be dirty once again for marijuana after numerous positive ones since my escape from oklahoma. My decision, I have decided to seek assylum My patitioning the embassy of the netherlands may now be one of my best efforts while in prison. One thing is for certian I can not do the parole time till the year 2026 for growing the five marijuana plants. Thank God I discharged the possession of marijuana charge or I might be in trouble. But I'll be fine even if I have to chain my self to "FREEDOM" I guess i should not complain manual noriega is still doing his forty year sentence. If not for the efforts of MIKKI NORRIS and CHRIS CONRAD starting in 1995 I could peck this out on yor forum. Thank you very much James Fred Geddes somewhere north america
