We are asking for the help of anyone, anywhere who wants to help end racism to help us with this phone and email campaign. Thank you!
If you really want to see racism end here in Portland, Oregon please:
#1. Call the IPRC and tell them:
A. Please hire a Latino-American so that the overwhelmingly large Latino non-English speaking population can have access to the IPRC. Please place a Latino-American on the IPRC Board so that the problems of minorities and racism are taken seriously. Access which has been denied for over 5 years.
B. Please tell them to make a Spanish version of their "welcome" brochure. For if they don't have a Spanish version, how can they ever welcome Non-English speaking Latinos as they say they do?
C. Please tell them to make a Spanish alternate version of their IPRC.org website. IPRC is a non-profit group that has not, one, not two, not three but four computers and four letterpresses. They have just bought a replacement digital photocopier and they bought a replacement scanner. they also have a state of the art CD burner computer. All claims that they don't have the money to make Spanish material is an outright lie.

Together, we can all racism!
True Love & Unity... ....for the people
All that we ask is for you to make one phone call to help end racism. It can be anonymous if you like. Then you can go back to life as you know it. It makes a tremendous difference.
Or, you can send one email (asking for the above three things) to the IPRC Board president "Kristan Kennedy" < KKennedy@gmco.com> who has made it known that descrimination problems in the IPRC are not even worth an expedited Board meeting. The IPRC Board president even refused to even temporarily dismiss their unintentionally biased board member, R.G. (for more info see http://portland.indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=57088 )
If the IPRC board president emails you a reply please forward that email to LoveAndEqualityDiscussion@yahoo.com - we are making a list of all the untrue statements that the IPRC makes to the public regarding their unhidden racism in the IPRC.
Please help us. You would not be reading the above article or this comment section if you did not care about racism. Please go the extra step and make that call to the IPRC. If you want to help even more. Make more than one phone call... and make sure you tae record the second phone call because we are making a list of all the untrue statements the IPRC makes about the racism present in the IPRC. Help end racism. Help all races gain their independent voice. Thank you.
