Thursday Belmont/Hawthorne march photos

About 40 people at it's strongest, (60 if you count the cops), Thursday afternoon's march down Belmont, 20th, Hawthorne, and 39th was spirited, despite the stifling and ridiculous police presence. Unfortunately I didn't catch what happened on 32nd and Belmont, it appeared they were detaining someone, I only saw it from a distance and didn't have my camera. Anybody know? (article 1)

1. The march heads west down Belmont.

2. Was this really neccesary? I wouldn't be surprised to see the PPD's version of Black Bloc at the family friendly Hollywood vigils on Sundays.

3. Peace in Bagdad, with or without the "h"

4. Well if I can put on that uniform, and make sure just one little old lady can drive her Lincoln to Walgreens to buy Chicken noodle soup and Brawny Paper Towels without being held up by a bunch of peace lovin' hippies, well it makes me feel proud, that's why I became a cop....

The corporados want us to believe these armed, dangerous, over reacting, and storm troop looking/thinking gangs of thugs are acceptable on OUR STREETS. What the do the rest of regular Americans like you think about this ilk on OUR STREETS in Portland, Oregon United States of America? Do you think that this is normal procedure for The United States citizens under The Constitution of The United States of America?

Please stop watching and listening to the corporate media. The corporados have robbed our country. They are not done. When we stop watching and listening to the corporados, we then must get our peoples radio back away from the anarchists that enable the police to easily provocate peaceful protests into violent episodes. The anarchists are stealing our good young people and turning them into stealth hate/violent cells disguised as social justice advocates. These imposters must be exposed for the hypocrocy they exude while they sectetly smash whatever part of a society anybody can have under any form of government that is happening or will happen. Europeans know this from their past and present. Why are we so docile to let the anarchists steal our bright minded young as well as our only peoples radio station?

We have got to stop hating and killing each other. What is it going to take to make a peacefull society? Give the land back to the people who once had it? This may or may not be best for me because I'm a white male, but I'm willing to shift this place away from the corporodos and dominance hell bent on destroying the world with genetic pollution that is going to destroy the land we know if we don't stop it now. The bombs are awful, the genetic pollution is worse for our very survival as a species.
