Stop the War Coalition? 22.Mar.2003 10:33

Just Curious

I'm sure I'll get attacked for this, but what is the Stop the War Coalition? Is there really an organization behind this? A plan?

There is a lot of stuff going on today, and I've heard about another rally called for 2pm at the Waterfront, so I'm wondering what this Pioneer Square deal is all about. I'm also wondering why folks don't work together better to coordinate this stuff.

STOP THE WAR--NOW! 22.Mar.2003 12:07

American soldiers say they have a "duty to god and country." Do we not also have a duty to god to be kind to one another and to country to continually question--we still live in a democracy--let's use it.

YES--finally someone says we go...so, lets go....time and place stated...do it. The only way to get our message across is to keep going out, keep protesting!

SPEAK TO THE PRESS ABOUT WHY WE ARE DOING THIS!!!!

and remember, if Bush can have a "coalition" so can we.

Can the Coalition Identify its Members? 22.Mar.2003 14:00

Since a coalition implies groups and individuals coming together, could we have some more information about who these groups and individuals might be?

GOD AND COUNTRY 22.Mar.2003 16:48

I'm not pro war by any means, but lets get it right. I don't support Sadam and his 'kill the people' for . . . what ever reason he feels is right. Well, he does have to properly test his chemical weapons on someone.
Hitler had the Jews, Sadam has his own people, and his neigorghs.
And what about the French and Germans. Gee, I support them too. After all, it was them that sold the technology to Sadam in the first place. Speaking of Hitler, Damn! Why not make a profit selling their science to Sadam.
HHHHmmmmmmm. Oh yeah, that's wright. I'm the bad guy because I don't burn flaggs.
