Portland Indymedia Internet Radio

Beginning Monday Feb 3 at 7:00 PM, Portland Indymedia will begin broadcasting internet radio. The daily broadcasts will last about 2-3 hours. We hope to eventually start producing enough content for a 24-hour broadcast (or perhaps a 12-hour broadcast that repeats so that late night listeners don't miss anything), however, this all depends upon how mush support we can get from the indymedia community.
If you are interested in becoming a part of the Portland Indymedia radio project, then please email editorial. There are a number of ways you can help, ranging from providing your own content to using your computer to help rebroadcast so that we can handle even more listeners (the current limit at any given time is about 10). The radio project group meets every saturday at the Red and Black Cafe (around se 22nd and Division) at 4pm, right before the editorial meeting, so you can show up there as well if you are interested in helping.
