Solstice Ceremony to Protect Tre

At 5:14 PM PST we lit the candle and asked for protection, truth and light for the world and Tre. We drummed in the light. We spoke words of protection, peace, strength and courage for the days ahead. We asked that our brother Tre be protected from the darkness that is trying to envelope us all. Each person in our circle of 17 spoke their prayers, hopes and wishes. We sang songs of protection and light.

We remember our brothers and sisters who have lost their freedom because of their acts of resistance and courage. We remember our brothers and sisters who are being attacked and threatened. We asked that the hearts, minds and souls of the oppressors be opened to truth, love and justice.

We asked for peace on earth.

Tre, we remember you and send you protection and love.

Someday this will all be over and we will rebuild a world that is just, peaceful and free. Until then we stand beside you. Stay strong!

If Tre is innocent why is he running?

If the truth is on his side then he has nothing to fear.

Tre went traveling long before the indictments came down, he does not travel with a t.v. or cell phone. There is NO evidence that he has any knowlege of the indictments.

The truth has failed to protect many before him

The fact that Jacob Sherman is weaving stories about Tre's involvment in Sherman's crimes is evidence ONLY of that rats desperate attempts to reduce his sentence.

Sherman's statments are not evidence that Tre even knew Sherman, let alone had any dealings with him.

The truth did not protect Judi Bari from the pipe bomb the FBI placed in her car, the truth did not protect the life Steven Bekko, the truth did not protect Nelson Mandela, the truth has not protected hundrads of inocent inmates

The truth IS this:
We do NOT know if Tre is on the run or on a vision quest.
We have no reason to believe statments made by Jacob Sherman.
We have every reason to believe that the fascist state is targeting affective activist like Tre, not because those activist commited violent crimes, but because their skills and commitment make them a threat to the staus quo.

When we stand is solidarity with activist like Tre we demonstrate that when they take on one of us, they take on all of us. Today we stand in a circle of protection around Tre, perhaps tomarro it will be you.

Although I cheerfully contributed to Tre's defense fund, I wouldnt bet on the "truth" to save anybody. Agressive attorneys, sure, but the truth? Get back in your little ship and sail on down de~nial!

is caught and claims the action I will continue
to support him. I don't want to talk about

The fascists can't understand the sublime beauty of a walk under the sky away from buildings and away from the sound of motors.
