Anti-War Activists Occupy Hillary Clinton's Office; Congress Votes For War
NYU students and other activists occupied Senator Hillary Clinton's midtown offices for nearly 8 hours yesterday. They urged her to vote against the war resolution being debated in the Senate. [Read a First-Hand Report]
Ignoring the voices of her constituents, Clinton voted for the force resolution, and the entire Senate followed suit several hours later.
The sit-in at Clinton's offices was only one of many across the country.

Antiwar Activists Crash MTV's Total Request Live
Wearing T-shirts reading "NO WAR ON IRAQ," 4 students rushed the stage while 4 others were preemptively detained by MTV security guards. The Veejay looked on in shocked silence as the uninvited guests burst into pre-rehearsed speeches against "President" Bush's plans to invade Iraq. More from NYUNews
