The Stop the War Coalition is planning a Halloween day of action to highlight public horror at a war against Iraq.
October 31st is going to be a UK wide day of action against Bush and Blair's demon drive to a new Gulf War.
In towns and cities protesters will stage a day of varied protests, culminating in a synchronized 6pm protest the length and breadth of Britain.
The call for civil disobedience was originally made by Tony Benn at Coalition rally in Trafalgar Square last March,
'I've never said this before. Non-violent resistance to the government will show they cannot claim to do this in our name.
We should stop the buses, stop the trains, and stop the schools.'
'Tony Blair and George Bush were worried by the demonstration in September' said Coalition chair Andrew Murray, 'but we want to give them fright of their lives this Halloween'.
