That is good to know. It is sad but true. A visit from Bush motivates those that never go to any of the Friday demonstrations or any of the the teach ins.

Come on Portland What happened to DISSENT. This warmonger President of ours is destroying our civil liberties and leading us into another war with Iraq.

Just as Portland's super rally for Nader started a national trend. We should go out in a peaceful force and make aloud and clear statement to the nation.

"GET THAT WARMONGER OUT OF THE WHITEHOUSE"

Lot's of Pretzels

Bags, and boxes and cups and saucers full of the baked snack that suits this man oh so well.

Heaps of Pretzels

Piled high in the street, flying through the sky like liberated mini-disks searching for the mother-ship, sailing throught the air in complete and utter summation of the last two years antics.

Pretzels

Bring extra!

Pretzels, pretzels...big 50-lb foodservice bags....remember the Scalia protest?

Keep us informed with reliable information. Even though the people at the NE MLK location got fooled, we still gave him a good greeting at Parkrose H.S.....

Let's make this a large regional protest. A coalition of environmentalists, anti-war, anti-globalization and unions.

How about the biggest protest since WTO Settle?

bouncy balls 08.Aug.2002 15:57

we need lots of big bouncy balls, any kind, really, footballs, baseballs, tennis balls, but especially those huge four foot circumferance balls, with peace signs and anarchy signs clearly written all over them. keep it simple because the mainstream media is dumb. and then bounce those balls all over the place. and if dozens and dozens of bouncy balls happen to roll out into the street in front of bush's caravan as they drive by, oops! "little help, please?"

not that i would advocate such a thing because it's probably illegal.

a trunkload of peace balls to give away to the first dozen protesters there! anyone can win!
