Portland Cable Access covered the recent Town Hall meeting in Portland
held by the ACLU and Center for Digital Democracy concerning Open
Access to the Broadband Internet.
The ACLU presented the results of the technical study which it commissioned,
"Technological Analysis of Open Access and Cable Television Systems,"
and the ACLU's white paper, "No Competition: How Monopoly Control of the
Broadband Internet Threatens Free Speech."
