Eugene billboard gets a makeover

A billboard on Franklin Blvd. in Eugene was modernized Friday night with a "Join the War on Terrorism" nazi recruiting poster. The poster seemed small in comparison to the huge size of the whole billboard, but the graphic and text could clearly be read by traffic. Finally, Eugene polluters will have some exposure to anti-war artforms. (article 1)

It appears to have been an amateur job, but a job well-done nonetheless. Perhaps people reading this would feel free to post tips for future billboarding actions by those who could use the advice from more experienced billboarders, including glue-paste formulas. This particular billboard appears to have been done with wheatpaste.

Nightwind

Great idea!!! There need to be posters and banners like that all over the cournty where sleeping America can see them!

I love the cover on the Spring issue of Alternative Press Review. There's a picture of Bush at his podium, fist clenched, with an American Flag in the background. Below him are the words..

War Is Peace
Freedom Is Slavery
Ignorance Is Strength

What a truth-revealing picture to present to America!

The two graphic files uploaded with this article were both pretty huge, so I combined them into one image and compressed the hell out of it so people could get a visual without the wait.
