1st Aid Course from Black Cross this Saturday, May 18th in Portland

Black Cross Health Collective will be conducting a training in 1st Aid for activists and organizers and protestors this Saturday, May 18th from 1-6 PM at 311 North Ivy (south of Fremont, west of Martin Luther King Blvd.) in Portland, Oregon.
Black Cross Health Collective will be training people to be 1st Aid providers for rallies, demonstrations and police riots. The next training is at Liberty Hall, 311 North Ivy (south of Fremont, west of Martin Luther King Blvd.) from 1-6 PM on Saturday, May 18th, 2002.
You will learn to do basic assessments, transport victims and deal with chemical weapons (pepper spray and tear gas)exposure. Bring an open mind, comfortable clothes and shoes you can run in.
