I'm glad the parade was peaceful and I agree with many of the causes the marchers advocated.
I also agree that the right to burn a flag should be protected as any other kind of free speech. But when I saw this on the ten-o-clock news, I thought it was a pretty stupid way to offend main-stream workers whose issues the May Day march should support.
