Taco Bell Picket--Saturday, Feb. 16, 4pm
Join Us!!

Please join CBLOC in an informational picket at the 21st and West Burnside Taco Bell on Saturday, Feb. 16, at 4pm. People will be heading to the picket from the Another World Is Possible conference (which starts at 10am at First United Methodist Church - 1838 SW Jefferson).

Tomato workers in Florida are working under a piece rate that has not improved since 1978. To earn fifty dollars a day, workers must pick and carry two tons of tomatoes! Workers are denied the right to organize, and the right to overtime pay for overtime work.

Support their right to organize to improve their conditions. Boycott Taco Bell--the main buyer of these tomatoes.
