Klamath Basin Farmers hope to undermine ESA, roll back environmental protections

In the wake of the preliminary report from the NAS, Klamath Basin farmers and allies intend to work against environmental protections for not only the basin, but the state. They label environmentalists as "eco-terrorists" whether our activity is civil disobedience or legal political activism. The time to fight back is now.

!HECKNO!

I EAT A LOT OF VEGITABLES and would like to support farmers. Last summer some friends and I were stranded in klamath at the worst time of the drought. I was wondering somthing. I've read literature that said that animal aggriculture is one of the worst polluters in the world and that it dumps billions of gallons of byproducts into the oceans and streams of the world. I've heard that one key market for the reclimation of this waste is in bloodmeal witch is used in vegitable farms. I've heard that most bloodmeal comes from animals witch are habitually injected with all manners of drugs. I have also spoken to a few organic farmers who say that this bloodmeal is the fertalizer of choice for any comercial grower. If these animal byproducts really are the bane of the enviroment why isn't anybody doing anything about them. Enviromentalists, animalrights actavists, ecologists? It seems that one thing that could be done is that you guys could focus on helping the farmers find a safe alternative so that the McMasters of the world can choke on thier own shit. Maybee then there would be enough water to share.
