Mike D. Sentencing on Monday

Up to 6 people will be allowed to step up and ask for mercy for Mike D. at his sentencing @ the Multnomah County Courthouse: 1021 SW 4th Ave. (4th & Salmon), Room 308, Monday, December 3rd at 8:30am.
Mike D. is facing one year in jail for standing up for his right to cross the street and inform a police officer that he's illegally advancing on a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

At the July 23rd Portland protests against the G-8 meetings in Genoa, Italy, he was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and interfering with an officer -- this while he was simply trying to cross the street at a designated crosswalk.

The sentencing hearing is on Monday, December 3rd @ 8:30am in room 308 @ the Multnomah County Courthouse at SW 4th & Salmon. Up to 6 people will be allowed to step up and ask for mercy for Mike D.
