Working for a living

Your tax dollars at work.

Admittedly, these are among the most frivolous resolutions I have found so far. And they are somewhat dated.

But it seems that an awful lot of energy is spent in Congress to determine the content of postage stamps.

Wouldn't it be wiser to outsource graphical design rather than security and intelligence staffing issues?

You can't change government without knowing how the system works. And the U.S. Govenment is giving away the store.

At  http://thomas.loc.gov, the feds put legislative information at your fingertips that is probably as good as that provided to the White House. And you can even use it.

Some brave people are in there fighting for positive change; some are shamelessy advancing their childish and greedy agendas. The names won't surprise you.

Use this information wisely, and let the providers know that our country is stronger for their efforts! Otherwise, its dissemination will become less of a priority than congratulating Michael Jordan on his latest underwear commercial.

War is avoidable.

Freedom is assertiveness.

Ignorance is your choice.
